Ninja Crispi pork chops come out juicy inside and golden outside with nothing more than a simple everyday seasoning. They are ready in about 10 minutes, which makes them one of my favorite no-fuss weeknight dinners.

The Ninja Crispi cooks pork chops fast and evenly, so you get a nice browned exterior without drying out the meat. This step-by-step Ninja Crispi pork chops recipe shows you how to season them simply and gives you the timing for both thin and thick chops. I cooked thin chops here, and they were perfect in under 10 minutes. If you cook a lot of meat in your Crispi, my Ninja Crispi chicken thighs and Ninja Crispi steak are two more easy wins.

No breading, no marinating, no fuss. Just a quick rub of pantry spices and the Air Fry setting.

    My take on this recipe

Pork chops used to scare me because they dry out so easily, but the Crispi takes the guesswork out of it. I cooked thin boneless chops, and the key was pulling them the moment they hit 145°F, then letting them rest so the juices settle back in.

A simple seasoning is really all they need, since the quick, high heat does the browning. These are so easy that they have become my back-pocket dinner when I forgot to plan, right alongside my Ninja Crispi whole chicken.

Why you will love these pork chops

They are fast, forgiving, and need almost no prep. A few pantry spices and about 10 minutes stand between you and a juicy, golden pork chop, with hardly any cleanup thanks to the Crispi.

They are also flexible. The same simple method works for thin or thick chops, bone-in or boneless, so you can cook whatever your store has on hand. It is an easy, protein-packed dinner the whole family actually eats.

    Simple seasoning for pork chops

Detailed instructions in the recipe card below.

The beauty of this recipe is how little it needs. A drizzle of oil helps the seasoning stick and the surface brown, and then it is just salt, coarse black pepper, and dried minced garlic.

I love the dried minced garlic here because the little granules toast up golden and crispy on the chops instead of disappearing like garlic powder does.

That simple blend lets the pork taste like pork. If you want to change it up, Italian seasoning, a pinch of paprika, cayenne, or a little brown sugar for a sweet-savory edge all work beautifully.

    Thin vs thick pork chops

This is the part that trips people up, so here is the simple rule: thin chops cook fast and hot, thick chops need a little more time.

Thin chops, around ½ inch, cook in about 8 to 10 minutes on Air Fry, flipping halfway. They are quick, so keep an eye on them and pull them right at 145°F. These are what I cooked, and they stayed juicy.

Thick chops, around 1 to 1.5 inches, need about 12 to 15 minutes on Air Fry, flipping halfway. Because they are thicker, a thermometer really helps here so the center reaches 145°F without the outside overcooking.

What to serve with pork chops

Pork chops pair with almost any simple side.

    • Roasted or mashed potatoes
    • A crisp green salad or coleslaw
    • Ninja Crispi asparagus or another quick veggie
    • Applesauce for a classic sweet-savory combo
    • Rice or a grain bowl
    • Steamed or sauteed green beans

    Tips for juicy pork chops

Pat them dry. Dry chops brown better and crisp instead of steam, so blot them before seasoning.

Do not crowd the basket. Leave space around each chop so the hot air can reach every side and brown it evenly.

Use a thermometer. Pull the chops at 145°F, especially thick ones, so they stay juicy instead of overcooking.

Always rest. Let the chops rest for 3 to 5 minutes before slicing so the juices redistribute. New to your Crispi? See my complete Ninja Crispi guide.

    Frequently asked questions

How long do pork chops take in the Ninja Crispi?

Thin chops take about 8 to 10 minutes on Air Fry, and thick chops about 12 to 15 minutes, flipping halfway. Always cook to an internal temperature of 145°F.

What temperature are pork chops done at?

Pork is safely done at an internal temperature of 145°F, followed by a 3-minute rest. A quick-read thermometer is the surest way to check.

Do I need to flip the pork chops?

Yes, flipping halfway helps both sides brown evenly and cook at the same rate, especially for thicker chops.

Can I use bone-in pork chops?

Yes. Bone-in chops work with the same method; they may need an extra minute or two, so check the temperature near the bone.

How do I keep pork chops from drying out?

Do not overcook them. Pull the chops right at 145°F and let them rest, which keeps them juicy. A simple oil rub also helps.
