These juicy Ninja Crispi pork chops use a simple pantry seasoning and the Air Fry setting for a golden, tender chop in about 10 minutes, with timing for thin and thick cuts.
Pat the pork chops dry. Rub with the 1 tablespoon olive oil, then season both sides with the 1 teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon coarse black pepper, and 1 to 2 teaspoons dried minced garlic.
Place the chops in a single layer in the Ninja Crispi, leaving space around each one.
For thin chops (about ½ inch), set to Air Fry and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping halfway.
For thick chops (about 1 to 1.5 inches), set to Air Fry and cook for 12 to 15 minutes, flipping halfway.
Cook until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F, then rest for 3 to 5 minutes before serving.
Tip: Pull the chops right at 145°F and let them rest, since lean pork dries out quickly if overcooked. A thermometer is your best friend for thick chops.
