Air fryer is perfect for healthy cooking. This recipe doesn't require any oil or oil sprays. Just place patties on the parchment paper and air fry.
Parchment paper though has to be air fryer approved, you can easily purchase it on amazon.

Sometimes i use sliced lemon instead of parchment paper, it adds an additional flavor to the cakes and is delicious my itself!
Recipe Ingredients
- Salmon.
- Eggs.
- Lemon.
- Salt and garlic powder.
Use fresh salmon or stealhead fillet for best results. If you only have frozen salmon, thaw it first and then use as directed. Canned salmon also can be used here, measure accordingly and drain any water.
Lemon is a nice addition and adds a nice zing to patties. Fish and lemon always goes well together.

Ingredients
- 8 oz salmon fillet
- 1 egg
- ā teaspoon salt
- Ā¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 lemon, sliced
Instructions
- Mince salmon and mix with egg, salt and garlic powder.
- Preheat Air fryer to 390 degrees. Form little patties out of minced salmon. Place sliced lemon on the air fryer and put cakes on top. Cook for about 7 minutes.
Notes
* Dont overcook this cakes. Fish wil become dry and patties will fall apart
** For the sauce use low fat greek yogurt mixed with minced garlic or shredded cucumber. Yum!
