I personally love Mojito. Not only in the summertime, but in the any time of the year! Fresh mint is available in the store plus i have a whole pot of it growing on my kitchen window. Mint is naturally low carb so you are safe adding it into your keto cocktail.

- mint leaves
- lime juice(freshly squeezed)
- Erythritol sweetener
- white rum
- club soda
For the sweetener part, use any keto approved powdered sweetener in equal proportions. Dont forget to add the ice to complete your keto drink!

10 fresh mint leaves
half of a lime, cut in 3 wedges
1 tablespoon sugar
1 cup ice cubes
1 1/2 oz white rum
1/2 cup club soda
Use a muddler to crush mint with 1 lime wedge. Add more lime and sugar and crush again to release the juice. Fill the glass with ice and pour rum on top. Add club soda and stir
