These crispy Ninja Crispi sweet potato fries use a simple garlic and onion seasoning and a two-step Air Fry then Max Crisp method for fries that are crispy outside and tender inside.
Cut the 2 sweet potatoes into even fry-shaped sticks and pat them dry.
Toss the fries with the 1 tablespoon oil, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, ½ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon black pepper.
Spread the fries in the Ninja Crispi and set to Air Fry for 10 minutes.
Shake the basket, then switch to Max Crisp and cook for another 5 to 10 minutes, until crispy and golden at the edges.
Serve right away with your favorite dip.
Tip: The Max Crisp step at the end is what makes them crispy instead of soft, so do not skip it. Shake the basket when you switch settings for even crisping.
