Ninja Speedi ham
Ninja Speedi ham includes a delightful combination of pineapple and brown sugar for the most perfectly savory, sweet, and delicious ham dish! The meat is melt-in-your-mouth tender and flavorful, and tastes like it's been cooking all day... But this easy recipe for baked ham in the Ninja Speedi takes only about 20 minutes to make from start to finish.
Ingredients
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 2 lb ham
Instructions
- Combine broth, juice and brown sugar, until the sugar is dissolve.
- Place the ham face side down into the Ninja Speedi drip tray. We will not use the roasting rack. Add mixture in the tray as well.
- Close the top. Switch to rapid cooker. Use Steam and Bake button , set the temperature at 325 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
Notes
If you choose to use a bigger ham, please refer to this dimensions: 9x9x5 . This is the maximum Speedi can fit.
If you have any ham leftovers, store them in the fridge in the air tight container for up to 4 days. Reheat in the microwave until heated through but not dried out!
