Ninja Foodi Possible Cooker Pro Mississippi Pot Roast
Mississippi Pot Roast is a beloved southern classic, known for its tender beef and rich flavors. Making it in the Ninja Foodi Possible Cooker Pro is not only simple but makes all the flavors meld perfectly. Ingredients
- 3 lb beef chuck roast
- ½ onion chopped
- 3 cloves garlic chopped
- 8 pepperoncini
- ½ cup pepperoncini juice
- 1 packet Au Jus powdered mix
- 1 packet Ranch seasoning mix
- 4 tablespoon unsalted butter half a stick
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients in to your Possible cooker.
- Close the lid and push on Slow Cooker button. Set time and temperature to 4 hours on HIGH on 8 hours on LOW.
- Open the lid, watch for the steam. Shred the meat with two forks.
- Serve over white rice, mashed potatoes or noodles.

Leftovers: Cover the Ninja Foodi Possible cooker pot with the lid (same size lid from your other pots will work). Keep in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the same pot using SAUTE button.
