This easy Ninja Crispi mahi mahi cooks flaky lemon-thyme fish and tender-crisp asparagus together in one container — a healthy dinner in about 20 minutes.
Pat the mahi mahi fillets dry with a paper towel. Rub them with olive oil, then season both sides with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Squeeze the juice of half the lemon over the top.
Trim the woody ends from the asparagus and toss the spears with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Place the fillets on the crisper plate in the Ninja Crispi glass container. Arrange the asparagus around the fish in a single layer, then lay the lemon slices and fresh thyme sprigs over the fillets.
Set the Ninja Crispi to Air Fry at 400°F and cook for 9–10 minutes, until the mahi mahi flakes easily and reaches 137–145°F internally.
If the asparagus is thin, check it at 7 minutes and remove it early so it stays tender-crisp. Let the fish rest 2 minutes, then serve with extra lemon.
