Cut the 2 russet potatoes into even fry-shaped sticks and pat them dry.
Toss the fries with the 1 tablespoon oil, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, ½ teaspoon smoked paprika, ½ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon black pepper.
Spread the fries in the Ninja Crispi and set to Air Fry for 10 minutes.
Shake the basket, then switch to Max Crisp and cook for another 10 minutes, until golden and crispy.
Serve hot with your favorite dip.
Tip: Finishing on Max Crisp is what makes them crispy, so do not skip it. For extra crunch, soak the cut fries in cold water first and pat them very dry.
