This easy Ninja Foodi corn on the cob steams up sweet and juicy in just 2 minutes at high pressure, with an optional air-crisp finish for grilled-style char.

Ingredients
4ears cornhusked
1cupwater
2tablespoonsbutter
Salt and pepperto taste
Optional: chili-lime seasoningcotija cheese, or fresh herbs
Instructions
Pour the water into the Ninja Foodi pot and set the trivet or rack inside.
Place the husked ears of corn on the rack, cutting them in half to fit if needed.
Close the pressure lid, set to High Pressure for 2 minutes, then quick-release the pressure.
For a charred, roasted finish, brush the corn with butter, return it to the crisping basket, and Air Crisp at 400°F for 5 to 8 minutes, turning once.
Slather with the remaining butter, season with salt and pepper, and serve warm.
Notes
Store cooked corn in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.Reheat on Air Crisp for a few minutes, or in the microwave with a pat of butter.
