Notes
What to do with leftovers
To store baked corvina, let it cool, then put it in an airtight container or wrap tightly in aluminum foil or plastic wrap. Refrigerate for up to 3-4 days. To freeze, wrap tightly and freeze up to 3 months. Defrost in the fridge before reheating.Reheat. Reheating baked corvina can be done in the oven or microwave. For the oven method, preheat it to 275°F . Place the fish on a baking sheet and lightly cover it with aluminum foil to prevent it from drying out. Heat for about 10-15 minutes, or until the fish is heated through. If using a microwave, place the fish on a microwave-safe dish and cover it loosely with a microwave-safe lid or another dish. This will create a steaming effect, preventing the fish from drying out. Heat on medium power for 1 minute, checking halfway through. Be sure not to overheat as it can make the fish rubbery.
