4 chicken thighs bone in skin on ½ cup quinoa ½ cup white rice 1 ½ cup water ½ cup frozen peas poultry seasoning to taste
Place water, rice, quinoa and peas in to the pot. Place tray on the top.
Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Place them on the tray. Close the lid and flip the SmartSwitch to RAPID COOKER.
