This gochujang salmon air fryer recipe features a simple yet deliciously spicy marinade that's easy to make with fiery chili pepper paste, soy sauce, garlic and ginger. Air fry the marinated skin-on fillets for less than 10 minutes and serve with your favorite Asian-inspired side dishes!
Season salmon with salt and pepper, then coat with the sauce. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes (or longer in the fridge).
Set air fryer to 380°F.
Lightly brush the air fryer basket with olive oil. Place marinated salmon skin-side down.
Air fry for 8 minutes

Store gochujang salmon leftovers in the air tight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute. If reheating in the air fryer, set the temperature to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and reheat for 2-3 minutes.
